Webinar
December 8, from 3:30 -4:30 p.m.  CT

Capturing, managing, and using donor and volunteer data is critical for donor and volunteer engagement. Yet many nonprofits struggle to use data efficiently and productively. Development teams and organizational leadership may wrestle with making their collected data actionable while considering the goals of doing so: Will the data lead to better engagement? Increase fundraising? Diversify stewardship? Improve communication? Streamline reporting to board and funders? Maximize internal capacity through process improvement?

In this one-hour webinar, Samantha Shirley, director of business development at Charityproud, will help participants better understand donor/volunteer data use and how to maintain it to increase volunteer involvement and maximize donations. “Data in action” case examples and practical information on the evolving standards of data health will be shared, including tips on strengthening internal governance, identifying staff roles, and evaluating the cost and benefit of adapting current internal systems or transitioning to another platform.
